Cash on Delivery Policy
Noroz.pk may offer cash on delivery for eligible orders in Pakistan. To protect genuine customers, reduce fake orders and avoid failed courier deliveries, some COD orders may require confirmation or advance courier charges before dispatch.
1. Cash on Delivery Is Subject to Approval
Cash on delivery is available for selected orders, but it is not automatically guaranteed for every order, every customer or every delivery area.
Noroz.pk may review each COD order based on order value, delivery address, customer response, courier coverage, previous order history and delivery risk.
2. Why COD Confirmation Is Required
Cash on delivery orders create courier cost before the customer pays. If a parcel is refused, fake, unreachable or sent to an incomplete address, courier charges and return costs may be lost.
To keep COD available for genuine customers, we may confirm selected orders before dispatch.

- To confirm customer intention before parcel booking
- To protect courier charges and packing effort
- To make delivery smoother for genuine customers
3. When We May Ask for Advance Courier Charges
Noroz.pk may request advance courier charges on an order-to-order basis. This depends on the order details, customer details, delivery location and overall risk of failed delivery.
Advance courier charges may be requested in cases such as:
- High-value cash on delivery orders
- Orders from areas with higher failed delivery risk
- Incomplete or unclear address details
- Customer not responding clearly on WhatsApp or phone
- Repeated orders from the same number or address
- Previous refused, returned or unconfirmed parcels
- Remote, hard-to-reach or limited courier service areas
- Orders that need extra confirmation before parcel booking
4. How Advance Courier Charges Work
If advance courier charges are required, our team may contact the customer through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
- The customer sends the requested courier advance through the available payment method.
- The customer shares payment confirmation or screenshot on WhatsApp.
- After confirmation, the parcel is prepared for discreet dispatch.
- The remaining order amount is paid as cash on delivery when the parcel arrives.
Advance courier charges help confirm parcel booking. They are not an extra product charge unless clearly stated. The customer will be informed before dispatch.
5. COD Order Confirmation Process
For selected COD orders, Noroz.pk may contact the customer to confirm the following details:
- Order number and ordered products
- Total amount payable
- Customer name or delivery name
- Mobile or WhatsApp number
- Complete delivery address
- City, area and nearest landmark
- Courier advance details, if applicable
If the customer does not respond, provides unclear details or refuses confirmation, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.
6. Delivery Area and Courier Availability
COD availability may depend on courier coverage in the customer’s area. Some cities, towns, villages, remote locations or service-restricted areas may require additional confirmation before dispatch.
In some delivery areas, courier companies may have higher return rates, limited coverage, extra delivery time or stricter booking requirements. In such cases, Noroz.pk may request advance courier charges or choose not to dispatch the order on COD.
7. Customer Responsibility for COD Orders
Customers placing cash on delivery orders are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
- Use an active mobile or WhatsApp number
- Provide a complete address with house/shop number, area and city
- Add nearest landmark if possible
- Respond to confirmation messages or calls when needed
- Keep the confirmed cash amount ready at delivery time
- Receive courier calls when the parcel is out for delivery
Incorrect information, unreachable phone number or refusal at delivery can affect future COD eligibility.
8. Refused COD Parcels
If a confirmed COD parcel is refused at delivery without a valid reason, Noroz.pk may limit future COD orders from the same customer details, phone number, address or related information.
Refused deliveries create courier charges, return charges, packing cost and delay for genuine customers. To protect our service, we may apply stricter confirmation for future orders.

- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
- Additional confirmation may be required
9. Fake, Duplicate or Suspicious Orders
Noroz.pk may cancel or hold orders that appear fake, duplicate, incomplete, suspicious or intentionally incorrect.
Examples may include:
- Wrong or unreachable phone number
- Fake name or fake address
- Multiple orders with different names from same number
- Repeated orders without confirmation
- Customer refusing to confirm delivery details
- Abusive or misleading communication

10. Privacy and Discreet COD Delivery
Even for COD orders, Noroz.pk keeps parcel privacy in mind. Products are packed discreetly, and sensitive product names or private category details are not written outside the parcel.
Courier staff may see standard delivery information such as name, phone number, address and COD amount, but product details are not intentionally shown outside the parcel.
11. COD Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched or booked with the courier.
Once the parcel has been booked, packed or handed over to courier, cancellation may not be possible. If advance courier charges were paid, refund or adjustment depends on the order status and courier booking stage.
12. Fake Orders and Refused Parcels
To protect genuine customers and reduce courier losses, Noroz.pk follows a strict Fake Order & Buyer Policy for fake COD orders, repeated refused deliveries, suspicious details, unreachable phone numbers and intentional misuse of cash on delivery.
Customers who place fake orders, refuse confirmed parcels without valid reason or repeatedly provide incorrect details may lose access to cash on delivery or may be required to pay advance courier charges for future orders.
