Noroz.pk works to provide private, discreet and reliable delivery for genuine customers across Pakistan. To reduce fake orders, refused parcels, wrong addresses and courier losses, we follow a strict Fake Order & Buyer Policy.

1. Why This Policy Exists

Cash on delivery is convenient for customers, but fake COD orders and refused parcels create courier charges, return costs, packing effort, delivery delays and operational problems.

This policy helps Noroz.pk protect genuine customers, courier partners and business operations while keeping COD service available where possible.

Important: By placing an order on Noroz.pk, the customer agrees to provide correct details, respond to verification when required and receive the parcel once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

2. What Is Considered a Fake Order?

A fake order is any order placed without genuine purchase intent, with false information, unreachable contact details, wrong address, repeated refusal or intention to misuse cash on delivery.

Noroz.pk may treat an order as fake, suspicious or high-risk if the details cannot be verified or if the customer does not cooperate during confirmation.

3. Examples of Fake or Suspicious Orders

Fake or incorrect contact details

Orders with fake names, wrong phone numbers, unreachable numbers, incomplete addresses, false city information or unclear delivery details may be treated as suspicious.

Repeated refused deliveries

If a customer confirms an order and later refuses to receive it without a valid reason, the order may be marked as a refused delivery. Repeated refused parcels may result in future order restrictions.

Fake cash on delivery orders

COD orders placed as jokes, spam, harassment, testing, fake interest or with the intention of wasting courier and business resources may be cancelled or restricted.

Multiple orders with no response

Customers who place multiple orders but do not answer WhatsApp messages, confirmation calls or courier calls may be flagged for manual review before future orders are accepted.

Abuse of discounts or promotions

Creating fake accounts, misusing discount codes, placing repeated fake orders or attempting to manipulate offers may result in cancellation and restrictions.

4. Order Verification Process

Noroz.pk may verify selected orders before dispatch. Verification may be done through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email.

During verification, we may confirm:

  • Order number and ordered products
  • Customer name or delivery name
  • Phone or WhatsApp number
  • Complete delivery address
  • City, area and nearest landmark
  • Cash on delivery amount
  • Courier advance charges, if applicable

If the order cannot be verified, Noroz.pk may delay, hold or cancel it before dispatch.

5. Courier Advance for High-Risk Orders

To reduce fake COD orders and refused parcels, Noroz.pk may request advance courier charges before dispatch. This can depend on the order value, customer response, delivery area, previous order behavior and courier risk.

  • Courier advance may be requested order to order.
  • Courier advance may be requested customer to customer.
  • Courier advance may depend on delivery area and courier coverage.
  • Remote, high-risk or repeated-refusal areas may require advance confirmation.
  • High-value or suspicious orders may require partial advance payment.
Strict COD rule: If advance courier charges are requested and the customer does not confirm payment, the order may not be dispatched.

6. Consequences of Fake Orders

If an order is identified as fake, suspicious, abusive or intentionally misleading, Noroz.pk may take one or more actions.

  • Cancel the order before dispatch
  • Hold future orders for manual verification
  • Request advance courier charges before future COD orders
  • Restrict or disable cash on delivery for the customer
  • Block or restrict phone number, email, name, address or related details
  • Request recovery of courier or return charges in repeated abuse cases
  • Take appropriate action in serious cases involving fraud, harassment or intentional business damage

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete order information.

  • Use a real name or reachable delivery name
  • Provide an active mobile or WhatsApp number
  • Enter complete address with city, area and nearest landmark
  • Respond to order confirmation when contacted
  • Receive confirmed orders when courier arrives
  • Pay the confirmed COD amount at delivery
  • Contact Noroz.pk before dispatch if cancellation or correction is needed

If the customer ignores confirmation requests or courier calls, the order may be cancelled or future COD service may be limited.

8. Valid Reasons for Refusing or Cancelling an Order

Noroz.pk understands that genuine issues can happen. A refusal or cancellation may be considered valid in selected cases.

Wrong product delivered

If the delivered product is different from what you ordered, contact support immediately with photos and order details.

Damaged or tampered parcel

If the parcel appears opened, damaged, leaked or tampered with at delivery, contact support immediately and share proof where possible.

Duplicate order by mistake

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us before dispatch so we can cancel the extra order.

Delivery delay beyond reasonable time

If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, contact our support team before refusing the parcel.

9. Refused Delivery After Confirmation

If a customer confirms an order and then refuses the parcel without a valid reason, Noroz.pk may mark the order as refused.

Repeated refused deliveries may lead to COD restriction, advance courier charges on future orders, cancellation of future orders or blocking of customer details.

Courier loss note: Refused parcels create delivery charges, return charges, packing loss and delays. This policy protects genuine customers and keeps private delivery service stable.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Noroz.pk respects customer privacy. Information related to fake orders, refused deliveries or suspicious activity is used only for order verification, fraud prevention, courier coordination, customer support and business protection.

11. Genuine Customers Are Welcome

This policy is not made to disturb genuine buyers. Genuine repeat customers are welcome on Noroz.pk.

The policy exists to prevent fake orders, spam orders, courier abuse, refused COD parcels and intentional misuse of delivery services.

If your order was mistakenly flagged as suspicious, contact Noroz.pk support and we will review it.

12. Policy Updates
