2. What Discreet Packaging Means

Discreet packaging means your order is packed in a way that does not openly reveal the private nature of the products inside.

• No sensitive product name displayed outside the parcel
• No private category name written outside the parcel
• No unnecessary product details visible to others
• Parcel prepared for normal courier handling
• Basic delivery label used only for shipping requirements

Courier companies may still require standard delivery details such as name, phone number, address and COD amount.

3. What May Appear on the Parcel

For delivery purposes, some basic information may appear on the parcel or courier label.

• Customer name or delivery name
• Mobile number
• Delivery address
• Courier tracking number
• Cash on delivery amount, if applicable
• Basic sender or shipping information where required

These details are required by courier partners to deliver the parcel correctly. We do not intentionally add sensitive product details outside the package.

This discreet packaging approach applies to all products sold on Noroz.pk, especially private and personal categories.

• Delay spray in Pakistan
• Timing cream and timing support products
• Gels, lubes and personal lubricants

5. Customer Responsibility for Private Delivery

While Noroz.pk handles parcel privacy carefully, customers should also provide a safe and correct delivery address where they can receive the parcel privately.

• Use an active mobile or WhatsApp number
• Choose a delivery address where you can receive the parcel safely
• Answer courier calls when the parcel is out for delivery
• Provide complete address details to avoid failed delivery
• Contact support before dispatch if address correction is needed

6. Cash on Delivery and Privacy

For cash on delivery orders, courier staff may know the payable amount because COD amount is required for collection. However, product details are not intentionally shown outside the parcel.

For selected COD orders, Noroz.pk may confirm delivery details through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. In some cases, advance courier charges may be requested before dispatch depending on order, customer, area and situation.

7. WhatsApp Confirmation and Privacy

WhatsApp may be used for order confirmation, courier advance confirmation, delivery address correction or tracking support.

Customers should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. For order support, usually order number, phone number, delivery city and issue details are enough.

8. Damaged or Opened Parcel at Delivery

If your parcel appears opened, damaged, leaked or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact Noroz.pk support immediately.

• Take clear photos of the parcel before opening further
• Take photos of the packaging and product condition
• Contact support within 24 hours after receiving the parcel
• Share your order number and short explanation

Claims for damaged, missing or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

9. Limits of Discreet Packaging

Noroz.pk makes reasonable efforts to protect privacy, but certain delivery information must be shared with courier partners for parcel movement.

We cannot control every action of third-party courier staff, delivery riders or local delivery handling once the parcel is handed over to the courier. However, we try to prepare parcels in a private and careful way before dispatch.
