These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Noroz.pk, placing orders, using cash on delivery, confirming delivery details and receiving private parcel delivery across Pakistan.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Noroz.pk. By visiting our website, browsing products, placing an order, contacting us on WhatsApp or using our order tracking page, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Noroz.pk provides selected wellness, personal care, female care and private shopping products online in Pakistan. Our goal is to offer a simple, discreet and reliable shopping experience.
2. Product Information
We try to display product names, prices, images, descriptions, availability and usage details as accurately as possible. However, product packaging, labels, design, quantity, availability or price may change without prior notice.
- Product images are for reference and may slightly differ from actual packaging.
- Prices may change based on stock, offers, supplier cost or market changes.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
- Customers should read product instructions before use.
3. Order Placement
When you place an order on Noroz.pk, you are responsible for providing correct and complete details.
- Correct name or delivery name
- Active mobile or WhatsApp number
- Complete delivery address with area, city and nearest landmark
- Correct payment method selection
- Accurate product quantity and order details
Orders with incomplete address, unreachable phone number, incorrect city or suspicious information may be delayed, put on hold or cancelled.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders in Pakistan, depending on courier coverage, order value and delivery location.
For selected COD orders, Noroz.pk may contact customers through WhatsApp or phone to confirm order details before dispatch. This helps reduce failed deliveries and incorrect parcel bookings.
5. Courier Advance Policy
A courier advance may be requested for selected orders, especially where order confirmation is required before dispatch.
- The courier advance is used to confirm parcel booking.
- The advance amount may be requested through Easypaisa or another available method.
- The remaining order amount is paid on delivery.
- Customers may be asked to send payment confirmation through WhatsApp.
- Orders may not be dispatched until the courier advance is confirmed.
If a customer does not confirm the order or does not respond within a reasonable time, Noroz.pk may cancel or hold the order.
6. Discreet Packaging
Noroz.pk understands that customers may prefer private delivery for personal care, female care and wellness products.
While we take care to protect customer privacy, courier companies may still require basic delivery information such as name, phone number, address and COD amount.
7. Delivery and Tracking
Delivery time depends on courier service, city, address accuracy, weather, holidays and operational conditions.
- Tracking details may appear after courier booking or pickup scan.
- Some tracking links may take a few hours to update.
- Incorrect address or unreachable phone number can delay delivery.
- Noroz.pk is not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
Customers can use the Track Order page to check their parcel status after order confirmation and dispatch.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch. Once the order has been booked with the courier or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
Noroz.pk may cancel orders in the following cases:
- Customer phone number is unreachable
- Delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
- Order appears fake, duplicate or suspicious
- Courier advance is requested but not confirmed
- Product becomes unavailable before dispatch
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Due to hygiene, privacy and safety reasons, opened or used personal care and wellness products may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a wrong, damaged or missing item, contact us as soon as possible with order number, parcel images and relevant details.
10. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order on Noroz.pk, the customer agrees to:
- Provide correct order and delivery information
- Use an active phone or WhatsApp number
- Receive courier calls when required
- Pay the confirmed amount at delivery for COD orders
- Use products responsibly and according to instructions
- Contact support quickly if any issue occurs
11. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse Noroz.pk, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, place fake orders, copy website content without permission or use the website for illegal activity.
Noroz.pk reserves the right to restrict access, cancel orders or refuse service if misuse, fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
12. Changes to Terms
Noroz.pk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website means you accept the latest version of these terms.
