Noroz.pk delivers selected wellness, personal care, female care and private shopping products across Pakistan with a focus on discreet packaging, correct delivery details and smooth order confirmation.

1. Delivery Coverage

Noroz.pk aims to deliver orders across Pakistan through available courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability may depend on your city, area, courier coverage and order details.

  • Orders may be delivered to major cities and selected serviceable areas in Pakistan.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may have limited courier coverage.
  • If your area is not serviceable, our team may contact you before dispatch.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on city, courier load, weather, holidays or operational delays.

2. Discreet Packaging

Customer privacy is one of our main priorities. Orders from Noroz.pk are packed carefully so customers can shop with confidence.

Your parcel is packed discreetly. Sensitive product names, private category names or personal product details are not written outside the parcel.

Courier partners may still require basic delivery details such as name, phone number, address and cash on delivery amount for parcel handling.

3. Order Confirmation Before Dispatch

For selected orders, especially cash on delivery orders, Noroz.pk may contact the customer through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

This confirmation helps us verify:

  • Order number and product quantity
  • Customer name or delivery name
  • Active mobile or WhatsApp number
  • Complete address, city and nearest landmark
  • Cash on delivery amount or courier advance details, if applicable

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed, placed on hold or cancelled.

4. Cash on Delivery Shipping

Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders, depending on courier service availability, order value and delivery location.

  • Customers pay the confirmed remaining amount when the parcel arrives.
  • COD orders may require WhatsApp or phone confirmation before dispatch.
  • Courier may contact the customer before delivery.
  • Customers should keep the confirmed cash amount ready at delivery time.
Important COD note: If the customer does not answer courier calls, provides incomplete address details or refuses the parcel without valid reason, future COD orders may require advance confirmation.

5. Courier Advance for Selected Orders

For selected cash on delivery orders, Noroz.pk may request a small courier advance before dispatch. This helps confirm parcel booking and reduce failed deliveries.

  • The courier advance may be requested through Easypaisa or another available method.
  • The advance amount confirms the customer’s intention to receive the parcel.
  • The remaining order amount is paid as cash on delivery.
  • Customers may be asked to send payment confirmation on WhatsApp.
  • Orders may be placed on hold until the courier advance is confirmed.

If a courier advance is requested and not confirmed, Noroz.pk may delay or cancel the order.

6. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on order confirmation, courier pickup, delivery city and courier operations.

  • Orders are usually processed after confirmation.
  • Tracking may update after courier pickup or first scan.
  • Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sale periods, weather issues or courier delays.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Noroz.pk tries to dispatch confirmed orders as quickly as possible, but delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and booked with the courier, tracking details may be added to your order status.

  • Tracking number may be shared through WhatsApp or the Track Order page.
  • Courier tracking links may take a few hours to start showing updates.
  • Tracking may update after courier pickup scan.
  • If tracking is not visible immediately, please check again later.

You can use the Track Order page on Noroz.pk to check your parcel status using your order number and phone or email used at checkout.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Incomplete or incorrect details can cause failed delivery, delays or return of parcel.

Please include:

  • House, flat, shop or office number
  • Street, area, colony or sector
  • City and province
  • Nearest landmark, if possible
  • Active mobile or WhatsApp number
Delivery accuracy note: Orders with unclear address details may be held until the customer confirms the correct delivery information.

9. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcel

A parcel may fail delivery or return to us due to reasons outside our control.

  • Customer phone number is unreachable
  • Customer refuses to receive the parcel
  • Address is incomplete or incorrect
  • Courier cannot access the delivery location
  • Customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Courier service limitation in the area

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or customer refusal, future orders may require advance confirmation or courier advance before dispatch.

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may depend on order value, delivery city, courier service, parcel weight and available offers.

  • Shipping charges are shown at cart or checkout when applicable.
  • Free shipping may be available for selected order values or promotions.
  • Courier advance, if requested, is separate from the remaining COD amount unless clearly stated.

Any applicable shipping charges should be reviewed before placing the order.

11. Product Privacy During Shipping

Noroz.pk understands that customers may order personal care, female care, condoms, delay spray, timing cream, gels, lubes and other private products. We handle such orders with discretion.

Product names are not intentionally displayed outside the parcel. However, customers should ensure they provide a safe and correct delivery address where they can receive the parcel privately.
